I have a high cpu load, too. But on the pusleaudio daemon. If I uninstall them, the autoapp is working an 30-40%.
Any idea to decrease the pulseaudio cpu load?

well I think the system is not really affected, but a higher cpu load means a higher temperature which means I need a better cooling -> using in a car in a warm region like mine I will try to simplify everything.
Pulseaudio handles all audio features like Bluetooth Music, Bluetooth Calling, Echo Cancellation, Equalizing. CPU usage you mentioned is in expected range. OpenAuto Pro cannot work without pulseaudio so there is no way to uninstall it.
You can try to change the resampling method to soxr-hq in /home/pi/.config/pulse/daemon.conf. It should reduce CPU usage but also will lower audio quality.

I tried several setups (e.x. resampling trivial) without success, do you or anyone have any special advice?
