I\m sorry for the basic question, but how exactuly do I enter the terminal/ raspberry pi interface from the OAP in order to move the Splash video file in? --> How do I access the "/usr/share/openautopro" -directory? When I turn on, OAP boots automatically, how do I go from there to the directory and once there, how can I copy the video file?Thank you! Wrote: How to use:
- Move/copy the .h264 file "/usr/share/openautopro" -directory.
- Create an backup of the original service file "sudo cp /etc/systemd/system/openautopro.splash.service /etc/systemd/system/openautopro.splash.service.bk"
- Edit the service file "sudo nano /etc/systemd/system/openautopro.splash.service"
- Change enviroment variable to match the name of the .h264 file e.g. "Environment="OPENAUTO_SPLASH_VIDEOS=/usr/share/openautopro/audi_splash.h264"
- Reboot and enjoy.
After copying the movie to Raspberry Pi you need to convert the movie format to real h264 using this command.
"ffmpeg -i kia_splash.m4v -an -vcodec libx264 -crf 23 kia_splash.h264"
Either ssh into your pi (just google ssh raspberry and you will find everything) or use the exit button (https://bluewavestudio.io/resources/open...rguide.pdf chapter 2.4 page 8) and then press return, then you're on the normal Raspbian Desktop
