Re: OpenAuto Pro 3.0 final is available! - Kruss - 12-31-2018

<t>it can be that the complete bluetooth function with the mmi skin does not work?<br/>
why does the system freeze since the update to 3.0 and i think it is very slowly?<br/>
I find it very sad when it is really a final version but the bluetooth function does not work with the mmi skin.<br/>
That was one of the reasons to buy your software.</t>

<t>Hi,<br/>
<br/>
Is it possible to have some indications on how to connect Ibus steering wheel controls?<br/>
<br/>
Thanks</t>

Re: OpenAuto Pro 3.0 final is available! - BlueWave - 01-05-2019

<r>In order to connect IBus to the Raspberry Pi you need an adapter (e.g. USB adapter from Rolf Resler). Once you connect the IBus adapter you have to configure it via /home/pi/openauto_controller_service.ini:<br/>
<br/>
Change <B><s></s>Type<e></e></B> parameter to 3 and <B><s></s>Interface<e></e></B> parameter to the descriptor of plugged adapter (e.g. /dev/ttyUSB0). It is mandatory to restart the Raspberry PI after changes.</r>

Re: OpenAuto Pro 3.0 final is available! - Bgc - 01-05-2019

<t>Hi I have done as what you pdf stated <br/>
I get a little AA logo at the top of the screen like its starting for about 5 seconds but does not open the AA on the raspberry<br/>
<br/>
I am using a USB sound card with a mic and headphone plugged in</t>

Just curious, is anyone using the external GPS dongle? If so, could you post a link to the dongle you're using?<br/>
would something like this work? Will these work if they are inside a dash? Or do they need to be out in the open?<br/>
