OA inside a Saab 93 SportHatch 2006 - gsasanelli - 03-19-2021 Hi all this is my project. I'm going to refresh the multimedia part into my car, a Saab 93 manufactured on 2006 where basically there is a very big problem: the optic fiber. So starting from the idea that i can't simply remove my car radio i've found that the only solution is to "hide" the current hardware and replace it. So i bought an old ICM3 (that is the name used in Saab to differentiate the various audio/multimedia optional) to disassemby and reinvent it and the result is this one: The components i used are: 1 Waveshare 5.5 touchscreen display 1 Ky040 rotary encoder 4 button 1 switch 3 led And all of them are fitted in the box in the image. Apart from this i used 1 raspberry pi4 with 4gb ram 1 bluetooth adapter 1 usb switch with 4 port 1 usb audio card + 1 mic 1 12V timee relay 1 40A 12V relay 2 5v relay and for the audio part this is the situation: The poweron/shutdown circuit i'm using is the one showed here : https://bluewavestudio.io/community/showthread.php?tid=1391&page=9 I hope to install everything in the car before the end of March |
