I recently got a new LG phone that is loaded with Android version 10.  My Pi 4B worked fine with my old Samsung S6.  The new phone connects up fine and OAP connnects to Android Auto (indicates connected and AA icon in top bar) and the phone displays AA but no display of AA on the pi, just the OAP top bar.  If I shutoff the wifi and blutooth on the new phone OAP display comes back up.  Is this related to the Android 10 blocked emulation on the new phone?  I can down-grade to version 9 if that is the only solution to ll fix the issue.  The OAP version I upgraded to is 9.0, all present equipment worked with 8.0 with the old phone and nothing changed now except the phone with Android 10.

What version of Android Auto do you use? We have plenty of Android 10 devices and all of them work without issues.

I am now using 9.0 which I upgraded from 8.0

now using 9.0 which I upgraded to 9.0 and it worked with the old Galaxy S6 but not with the LG k51

What did you select in Settings -> Android Auto -> Bluetooth?

Also please reproduce the issue and provide us /home/pi/.openauto/cache/openauto.log file.

Those are only logs from startup and nothing is visible there regarding Android Auto. However, we see some problems with Pulseaudio connection. What Bluetooth dongle and sound card do you use?

Panda BT 4.0
USB microphone (brand unknown but it worked with old setup)
HiFiBerry Amp2  (worked fine, volume control OK) powers pi and sound card 12v
LG K51 phone with Android 10
AA version 5.4.502263-release
OAP 9.0 (upgraded from 8.0)

Did you redo pairing after upgrade to 9.0? Please also provide more detailed logs where issue is visible.
