Kernel Build - Grant66c - 10-30-2019

Quick question before I invest...

Just want to confirm that raspian is fully available once OAP is exited & that I can rebuild the Kernel as I could on a normal pi build?

The monitor I'm using doesn't work with the default build of Buster, but rebuilding the kernel to include some other eGalaxy drivers cures that particular issue.

It may work already with your build, but just want to confirm I can mess with the kernel if I need to.

Thanks

OpenAuto Pro is based on the stock Raspbian Desktop image. We did not add any modifications neither to the drivers nor kernel. You can build your own kernel but it must be compatible in the same way as stock Kernel (DKMS video drivers, etc.).

Thanks for the quick reply.  Won't be taking anything out, just adding a particular driver in, so should be good Smile
