From someone with chubby fingers, can you adjust the size of the volume and brightness sliders? There doesn't seem to be a reason for having them so tiny when the controls take up such a small portion of the screen. I don't think the controls need to be so granular either. Maybe make the +/- buttons increment in larger steps and use the slider when you want finer adjustments.

What version of OpenAuto Pro do you use? As of 3.1 every slider has +/- buttons for more convenient adjustment.

I'm running 3.3.2 beta 2 at the moment. The +/- buttons are good but do you need 100 steps? For me, 10 would probably be fine, maybe 20. And looking at the discs on the slider, I think they're too small. I'm guessing that they're around 25px? The recommended target area for touch is between 42 and 72 pixels. And it would be worth displaying the value as well.
