Allow native support of USB cameras

Post by MarkWard » Mon May 06, 2019 12:48 am

I am running a video transmitter/camera pair as a back-up camera. The video gets fed to an Eachine ROTG01 USB camera receiver. Great piece of kit. The only problem is that ovelay options are very limited. I've only gotten "cheese -f" got to work and that is kinda janky and slow.

We can do nothing with this in OpenAuto Pro. This is Raspbian related thing.

Is there any command line option available that I can script that will temporarily suspend the Android Auto program so that I can display my backup video?
With a USB camera (non pi camera), the video will be pushed behind the Android Auto screen cast. Please help with this - my installation is 95% done!
