Bluetooth not connected and other stuff

First, why your rasp image doesnt regonice Pi 3B+ intergrated bluetooth ?
yor pagage seems to be Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)"
Latest is 11

Bluetooth does not start automatic ?
Allways need to go to BT manager to connect dongle

Not working even it founds  ELM327 after manual connection with BT manager. 
What is the problem?

As you can read in a product description in a section system requirements there is mentioned an external BT dongle. Therefore it is obligatory in order to use OAP.
