Bluetooth BT5 not working - Newbie help

Hi all,

I can't seem to even get my system to see the onboard bluetooth or the BT5 Realteck dongle I have (I have just orders a CRT 4 dongle just in case it's that) 

It just seems strange that I can't get either to work in Pi, the bletooth controller software either doesn't run or if it does it shows no adapter. 

Setup as follows

Pi 4b
HifiBerry DAC ADC Pro
HifiBerry Aamp 60
Elecow 7" Touchscreen
Powered via the Aamp60 12v 
USB wired keyboard
USB Wired Mouse
Ethernet connected
USB Bluetooth 5.0 dongle Realteck

When I run bluetooth controller and "power on" in terminal I get "No default controller available"

Newbie so any help welcome - TIA

Internal BT is disabled: https://bluewavestudio.io/community/thread-626.html
BT5 is not supported well by RPI itself.

Just had to Power on and it's up and running Cheers!

Onto the microphone now, look out for more newbie questions :-)
