Stuck on Splash Screen

Hi BlueWave,

I've been attempting to install and reinstall OAP v16.0 for the first time all day today and as such, I've only made it to the OAP splash screen with the wheel.

I can't ssh into it, so no log files unfortunately. I can connect to the pi over my wifi, but authentication fails even though I have triple and quadruple checking the user/pass combos that I program into the stock raspberry pi imager.

I have tried it with this hardware software:

Raspberry Pi Imager v1.7.3 (i believe this is latest)
OAP v16.0
2 Samsung EVO Plus 32gig SD cards and 1 Samsung Evo Select 16gig SD card
2 seperate Raspberry Pi 4B's with the stock PS that comes with the CanaKit case
UCTronics 7in Touchscreen HDMI display
Also tried my LG 2k monitor with the same results.

as for all the other peripherals, I have since unplugged them and wont include them in the post unless requested.

any help would be much appreciated!

The default credentials are pi/raspberry. Image provided by us has no changes in that scope. Try to use different flashing tool like Balena Etcher or Win32DiskImager. Also try to re-download the image with disabled VPNs or any other proxies.
