I know it‘s not allowed to watch TV while driving, but I found a solution.
I allready got a streaming subscription from german Telekom here in Germany called MagentaTV.
You can watch all TV channels, private and public with it in chromium browser.
But you need to install DRM package for chromium to make it work.
sudo apt update
sudo apt install libwidevinecdm0
After reboot your chromium is able to play DRM streams.
This also works for Netflix etc.
Tested it at 120Km/h and worked very smooth.
But you need a good datavolume on your mobile phone. Half hour streaming was round about 600MB.
