ODB2 doesn’t connect sometimes

Hi! I followed the instructions to connect, pair, and trust OBD2 bluetooth to OpenAuto pro. I put the MAC address on the config file, and set the odbdevicetype and it works regularly.
When I restart the software, the obd adapter doesn't connect, and if I connect manually, it doesn't work. What can I do? Thanks.

What do you mean by "restart the software"? do you just exit open auto? or reboot the whole device?
also, probably shouldn't matter, but did you check, there is no other bt device already connected to open auto?
