relay board integration

I know this thread probably expands on what others have mentioned, but it would be great to incorporate one of the waveshare relay boards (or similar) to mappable icons on the home screen. IE heated rear screen, heated seats, interior light, etc etc. And as OAP can be controlled with a rotary encoder, it would be great if you could hookup an electronic heater control valve and control that using the rotary encoder as well as fan speed, just some thoughts.
