Hi all,
OAP 13.1 / Rpi3b+ / External sound card / Samsung XCover5 Android 11
I manage to use wireless Android Auto, but only with a Broadcom BT device (ASUS with BCM20702A0 chip).
But we know that Broadcom can't work for phone call.
That's why I found what seems to be a good BT device : a true CSR8510 A10 (ORICO BTA-403), it seems this is not a chinese clone (with CSR4.0 clones, linux kernel complain about it : Unbranded CSR clone detected; adding workarounds).
With this device, no apparent problem :
[160168.863252] usb 1-1: new full-speed USB device number 54 using xhci_hcd
[160169.125522] usb 1-1: New USB device found, idVendor=0a12, idProduct=0001, bcdDevice=88.91
[160169.125528] usb 1-1: New USB device strings: Mfr=0, Product=2, SerialNumber=0
[160169.125531] usb 1-1: Product: CSR8510 A10
$ lsusb | grep Bluetooth
Bus 001 Device 054: ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (HCI mode)
Unfortunately, with this CRS, phone call works but Wireless AA won't
What can I do understand the problem with wireless AA ?
Thank you,
Julien
