Screen mirroring touch with Android 10

Hi all,
I know that as of version 10 of Android, Google blocked emulation of the touchscreen devices due to security reasons, but do you know if is there any workaround? Could Android routing be an option? 

The weird thing is that my Android 10 Redmi Note 7 still has this option in developer setting:

Even routing would be an option it is not available on all devices. As of know we do not know any generic and reliable solution.

Can you link to the Google developer / docs pages that talk about removing the touchscreen emulation feature, so I can read more about it? It's just such a pity that I lost it (because of upgrading my phone), I would like to know why.

I hv downloaed the aamirror, but unable to touch control via the OAP at mirroring mode
Does it require any configuration?

So, would it be possible to screen off while mirroring?
Then i use a BT joycon to control?
