Does anyone know if the cheap Android head units from companies like Seicane could be used as a display for OAP?
Stuff like this:

The screen is already very nicely integrated into the dashboard fascia piece and is larger than a screen that would fit in a double din. They also don't cost much more than the screens that are commonly used for OAP. From what I have read, they are essentially a cheap android tablet, so they aren't very good as actual head units. I would much prefer to use the OAP software. Has anyone had any experience with one of these units? Is there some way of connecting a raspberry pi directly to the screen? Are there driver boards commonly available for the LCDs?
