What we can suggest.. Are you using internal or external BT dongle? Did you try to switch between them? Did you manage to configure RPI with your car before? Are you able to check it with other car? Regarding lack of tab in Pulse Audio you can check here: Sorry for lack of detailed answer however we are not able to reproduce your issue.

I haven't configured bluetooth from the rpi to my car in the past. I don't have a second car with bluetooth.

I'm using it in my system and can confirm it works for both A2DP and HFP. It's a non broadcom chipset. Only $12 so it's totally worth it. |
