Will the latest version also be able to deactivate the volume control at the bottom?

Next feature that we are going to release soon is Wireless Android Auto that connects automatically. Have a look at this short video to see how it works https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CP0Cl8vCU8Y .

Two features about my phone may be the same with others. 1) When I linked its bluetooth connection to OAP, I learned the hard way that the default bluetooth setting in my phone was to continue to use the phone speaker. Thus, it would not broadcast through the OAP sound system. I've fixed that. Could you add a setting in the configuration to automatically default the phone to send sound to OAP?
2) A feature with AA, I guess, that I just noticed is that select apps I have on my phone are automatically imported into the AA display. For example, I found "TuneIn" and "Pandora" and a few other apps in my AA menu that I often do select and play. Is it possible that OAP might integrate all of the external APPS (both OAP and AA) into a common app listing. This would remove the necessity of switching between OAP stand alone and AA apps. That the apps appeared in the AA listing surprised me. Could you educate us what other apps AA automatically adds? I may be missing some improvement opportunities. To answer a previous request for internet radio, I recommend the user adding the "TuneIn" app to your phone which in turn will automatically be added to your AA menu. "TuneIn" will play local and far away radios, TV sound, podcasts, and other internet offerings. Often I listen to CNN, MSNBC, and several podcasts while driving. IHeart Radio is another app that will work in AA. Again, just add it to your phone and it will appear in the AA program listing

It would be great if there was some kind of backup option. Just had to do a reflash of the whole system which is not very pleasant if you have 16+GB of music stored on your SD card, plus all the modifications needed for my system to function properly.
And also needing to disassemble the center console to get to the raspberry pi's sd card. Everything in raspbian worked just fine, it was the OAP part that got corrupted.

Yes this! I'm just about to go from version 3.1 (which took me forever to get working the way I need it too) to the latest version. Tearing the console apart today, and reflashing. Then having to remember all the steps I took last time to get it all working. Hopefully going forward there can be a way to upgrade without needing to do this (even if the OS updates). Because it's the worse to get the car all back together and then realized I forgot to do XX or YY that I had done last time

Just a quick note. You could move picture and song title higher (marked green) and make << || >> bigger (yellow marked) than the other icons.
And an option to switch on/off bottom volume slider

The SD card access is a real PITA. I used this adapter to get easy access to the SD card. SD card extension

@Bluewave, could you guys change backup camera script, so that it would start when ground is shorted to the selected gpio pin and not 3v3 pin? I'm running out of 3v3 pins.
