Hi,
I've recently installed OpenAuto Pro onto a Raspberry Pi 3B+ and I'm experiencing audio stuttering when running A2DP Bluetooth Audio.
The stuttering either is very bad, making the song unrecognisable, or is sometimes completely fine. It's quite intermittent!
System Setup:
Raspberry Pi 3B+
Oppo Find X Phone
External CSR 4.0 (0a12:0001 signature) Bluetooth Adapter
External USB Sound Card
7" Raspberry Pi Touchscreen
I have tried a variety of Bluetooth adapters based on Cambridge Silicon Radio (and other USB sound cards) and the problem still remains. An extension USB cable for the Bluetooth adapter does appear to reduce the stuttering, but it is still not acceptable. Running Android Auto (even wirelessly) doesn't seem to impact the audio quality.
Any ideas?
Thanks
