It's 32-bit. However, after doing some research on the kernel for a custom bootloader, it appears as if the pi selects which kernel to use based on the board running it, and 64-bit-capable boards are 64-bit kernels with a 32-bit compatability layer, potentially meaning you can still use the full 64-bit address space, but an individual program cannot allocate more than 2^32 bytes of memory.
I could be wrong on this though. If someone else knows better, feel free to step in and correct me.

There is no stable 64bit release of Raspberry PI OS yet. We will port OpenAuto Pro to 64bit OS when stable release will be ready.

So now that there is a stable 64 bit PiOS, is there a plan to port to 64 bit?
Edit: Or a way to install PiOS x64 and then install OpenAuto Pro?

64bit is supported only with the latest release (Bullseye). Bullseye has still plenty of problems with Bluetooth, V4L2 and sound. It is not stable enough to port OpenAuto Pro to that version of the OS. We are following status of the Bullseye development and will port OpenAuto Pro when quality of the OS meets our requirements.
