System requirements:
a. What is the version of your RPI? 4
b. Power supply details: 5v wall charger
c. Model of external sound card: hifiberry adc+dac
d. Do you have microphone input? yes
e. Details of your Bluetooth dongle. RPI4 built in
f. Touchscreen model: none displaying on Audi RNSE 193
2. Android Auto:
a. Which version of Android Auto have you installed on your phone?
b. Model of your phone.
3. Plugin CarPlay Autobox (optional):
a. dongle name (and link to the shop if possible): carlink cpc200-ccpa fw: 2023.05.29.1924CAY
b. iPhone and iOS version: iphone13 Ios 17.0.3
4. Steps to reproduce your issue:
i am getting my video signal to Audi RNSE 193 with a hdmi to dvi adapter with a added sync circuit. when openauto starts the splash screen is way off, like it is showing a much higher screen resolution. this also happens on the carplay if it starts (the new firmware on carlink issue). the openauto program and pi desktop fit correctly. i have it set to 800x480. for some reason i had to put in high value on bottom overscan to get it to fit the monitor.
config file:
overscan_left=35
overscan_right=15
overscan_top=15
overscan_bottom=190
framebuffer_width=800
framebuffer_height=480
hdmi_ignore_edid=0xa5000080
hdmi_group=2
hdmi_mode=87
hdmi_drive=1
hdmi_cvt=800 480 50 6 0 0 0
config_hdmi_boost=5
sdtv_mode=2
do these setting need to be in a particular order?
Any idea of how to reslove this?
also on the openauto main screen pic you can see there is some shadow patterning, any ideas of why that is happening?
