You can create buttons in applications. And make every button execute a script that sets the desired gpio pin to the desired value, thus triggering a relay.
Just like you would make an icon for running your own app from applications menu.
Raspberry Pi 4b-4gb / Official 7" touchscreen / OAP 5.0 / Honor 8x (AndroidAuto 5.) / USB sound card / USB microphone

Ive never created an app. is it difficult? is there a Hello World like tutorial that can get me started? I've started a discussion with a good friend very familiar with mobile app development. and I have started a general topic discussion under Openauto Pro to narrow down on some details. Any general guidance on the type of apps that can be used is much appreciated. (07-24-2020, 05:13 PM)Justindu Wrote:(07-24-2020, 02:53 PM)skrimo Wrote: You can create buttons in applications. I created this: Now I'm looking for details on creating an icon, and ini parameters to integrate it into Open Auto as an Application. Also wondering about how to "raise" the Open Auto UI back to the foreground - a link I would include in the button panel. |
