I am looking at putting an Openauto setup in a 98 Suburban that I have for hauling stuff. htought the large maps for navigation would be great when travelling to get stuff. I tired googling for the info here, but came up pretty empty. Anyway on to the questions.
What amount of RAM is recommended for the Pi4 for running OAP optimally. I am of the thought that the more the merrier, but at the same time dont want to overspend on teh main unit, as other components have to be purchased as well. Is 2gb enough, is there a benefit to 4gb, 8gb is overkill? I want to run OAP and have OBD2 capability with torque pro as well, basically that is it.
also has anyone had experience with this screen? - https://www.pishop.us/product/7inch-hdmi...24-600-ips
did see some good reviews on one site for it.
Thanks in advance!
