Hi,
I can't figure out how to safe shutdown my rasp pi i bought mausberry circuits about a year ago but never used it, but i wil get my new case for my new 5 inch screen on thursday so now i am working on my carpc i want to implement a safe shutdown until now i used a button to safe shutdown the Pi before turning off the car, but i don't know how to do this without fracking my car.
can some one help me out i would love to use my radio usb output as a switch i was thinking of using the mausberry circuitsboard but it only has 1 ground so i can't do that?, i have no switch wire other than my lighter output wich is buried away in to a trashtray wich i don't like to keep open, i have seen other people take out the whole dashboard to wire the radio to the switch wire but to do this i need to frack my dashboard.
in summary:
I have a mausberry circuitsboard.
I have a 5V usb output (switched) from my radio.
I have a 12V wire (not switched) going to my subwoofer in the back.
Can some one help me out with my setup?
