Bluetooth issue

Question 
Hi everyone!
I just got everything up and running however, the bluetooth will not work. I am using this adapter.
When I run hciconfig -a I am getting this

I'm not sure what to do. 

System requirements:

a. What is the version of your RPI? 8

b. Power supply details, Cannakit type C 

c. Model of external sound card N/A - none yet

d. Do you have microphone input? N/A - none yet

f. Touchscreen model - pi 7 in 



2. Android Auto:

a. Which version of Android Auto you have installed, at your phone? NA

b. Model of your phone. OnePlus7Pro & Pixel 4XL


3. Steps to reproduce your issue

simply turn on with dongle plugged in or plug in after. Result is the same.

You need the sound card and mic set up too for bluetooth to work

@allizzel777 your setup does not meet system requirements visible in the product description in the shop.
Moreover from description of your BT dongle: 'Not work with Mac OS, Linux,'

Please fulfill system requirements in order to use OpenAuto Pro.
