Which buttons? What are you trying to control? How are you going to wire them up?
Some more info would go a long way...

You still need to provide some more useful info, help us help you
How old is your car? What make and model? (This will determine if the buttons are on a simple CAN bus or are doing something else) @Rhys_m has a pretty impressive CAN bus integration in a Jag. https://bluewavestudio.io/community/show...p?tid=1249&highlight=jaguar

Volvo S40 MK2 of 2012
It has a screen where it controls the air conditioning and the menu. I want to try replacing the functions of that screen with the OAP

Did you take a look @Rhys_m project? He has done almost exactly what you are asking for.
Its probably possible - You will need a CAN adaptor and to do some sniffing in order to determine the relevant CAN addresses. Do you have any experience writing Linux apps? Or with CAN bus? https://www.csselectronics.com/screen/pa...anguage/en

You can start by reading this and see if you can make since of it. https://copperhilltech.com/content/PICANGPS_UGV1.pdf The link above is for the board I bought Here is a video I was watching to get this far. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XK1qhMWP3-g&t=16s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmLdTSXV4wc I believe he is a member here. I noticed that when I hit enter for the next line it became part of the link above? I'm not sure how it happened and can't figure out how to make it normal?
