Since OpenAuto Pro version 4.0 it is mandatory to use external Bluetooth dongle which is not based on Broadcom chip.
Will the external bluetooth dongle show up as Open Auto Pro in the Mobile? In my case, it shows as Open Auto Pro and when i try to pair, it says cant pair..
Does it mean the Bluetooth Dongle isnt working??
I tried to use the command sudo btswitch external in Raspbian.
It says "command not found".
So, I exited the Open AutoPro and swtiched off the Bluetooth in the Raspbian OS. Is this OK to do?
If i choose bluetooth setting as none, the calls are made with voice commands and the mic and speaker of the phone is utilized.
Please suggest if this is a problem of the bluetooth dongle
I am looking forward to make this functional, and i am struggling a little bit on thishands free feature.
Is there any other setting that needs to be enabled?
