Do you observe any differences when Bluetooth dongle and sound card are connected to different porta? All of this worked fine with my Sound Blaster Play 2, using the same setup and same BT dongle. So, it seems to me that this is a Sound Blaster Play 3 issue. All audio is routed correctly from every where else except the incoming phone audio through the Sound Blaster Play 3. Ive tested with a new Samsung Note 10 5G and same exact thing. Everything works except the incoming audio. I am going to plug my sound blaster play 2 back in and see if that corrects the issue.
A follow-up question. Once I de-linked and then re-linked bluetooth, after having changed from OAP 3.3b to OAP 5.0, everything is working fine, both phone calls in and out as well as music playing. When calling through BT, those on the other side of the connection report hearing both me and a slightly delayed "echo" of themselves. Is there any tweaking I might consider to overcome the other party's "echo"?
