When I try "t=10000 > named_pipe" OAP crashes. When I use a .txt file instead OAP shows the correct temperature.

After every read of the temperature from DS sensor, cursor of the file is moved at the file beginning. Try to not append to the named pipe but write new data at the beginning.

As far as I know I can just put data into the pipe and I am not able to specify a pointer.
I recognized that when I send data to the pipe with "echo "t=10000" > pipe" the terminal in which I do that blocks until the other end of the pipe connects (reads data from it). When I start OAP it seems to read from the pipe beacause the terminal becomes unblocked but OAP also crashes at the same time.
