Hi everyone.
New on here and hoping to get some assistance.
Please also bear with me as I am new to Linux (although I am sure that I will learn quick with the assistance that I would get from the community here)
The sound on my OAP is also stuck on what I guess is mute? When I return to Raspbian the speaker icon at the top also has a red x over it.
I'm using OAP 7.0 and my sound board is an IQAudio Pi-DAC+
I have edited the /boot/config.txt file as per audio board manufacturer setup guide, and aplay -l returns the following
amixer returns the following
Please advise me on what to do next?
(as a side note, installing a fresh raspbian img and doing the config gets the card working fine. But when I use the supplied OAP img it does not want to work)
I have also changed Mixername= to Mixername=Speaker
I'm also thinking that since the sound card works on a clean raspbian image, is there a way to install the OAP package on that?
