We always update our reference dongles directly from the manufacturer app. We did the purchase directly on the carlinkit store. From provided logs it looks like connection between OpenAuto Pro and dongle is negotiated properly. The problem may occur between the dongle and phone. We do not have any access to that phase of connection because of security reasons. It should be handled by the dongle itself. If it is not genuine one the iPhone may reject connection to the CarPlay.
