I've just tried to install 3.3.2 on RP3b+ and encountered several issues.

Picture doesn't fit on screen even after making the necessary adjustments to config.txt to get OAP to fit on my display.
Touchscreen doesn't work.

That might be related to new GPU driver. If you are using overscan for HDMI screen adjustments please note that as of Raspbian Buster it works only in CEA mode.

Also it might be worth to try use sudo rpi-update command to test latest firmware.

just quickly tested rpi4b 4gb with beta 3.3.2 and I must say im surprised by the performance. it is booting much faster from dead start to kodi, and I love it that there is no desktop or anything, just OAP with windows style circle and then straight to kodi (did enable the autostart).

I'm using composite cable and have added "Overscan_Scale=1" to config.txt. This works perfectly in previous versions.

I just did some testing connected to an HDMI screen and I can see it works but when connected via composite it takes longer to boot, I don't see the new open auto loading screen, just black screen until raspi desktop appears then it hangs. So I can't get OAP to load in composite.

Thanks but I don't think it's that, it happened before and after I did sudo rpi-update. Composite is working but can't see full screen and OAP doesn't load.

According to mentioned issue, it looks like some changes have been done in scope of composite output. Your problem seems to be related so it is definitely worth to report your issue at RPIs github.
