Hey,

i just wanted to know if you Devs are aware of this Fastboot image for RPI3.
Boot time about 2 seconds into a QT-App.

Maybe there is a chance to migrate OA to it.

Mentioned image does not setup any other peripherals than CSI port. It also does not use X11, network and other important subsystems. That is not suitable for most of the users of OpenAuto Pro and for OpenAuto Pro itself.

you can precisely select what you want to start/enable etc.

It depends on user needs and most of users are less advanced in Linux. It may be problematic to enable e. g. I2c interface for less experienced users. OpenAuto Pro is based on regular Raspberry PI OS. If you are advanced Linux user, you can follow provided guide and try to decrease boot time by disabling hardware/subsystems that you do not need.
