Good afternoon
I bought the OAP because I saw videos of its use casually, I am not an expert assembling computers or raspberry pi, in short I am an ordinary user.
I would like to ask if the OAP can be run on a stereo with Android 9 or do I request a refund.

You should familiarize yourself with product description before you do the purchase, don't you?
In the product description in the shop there is an information about 'System requirements' and what you get - 'Package contains'. Please refer to this information.
There is also information about refund in section 'Software return policy'.
In addition you got all of this information in the delivery email.
