Is there a way to add additional keyboard bindings to OAP?
I have a flight stick with an arduino pro-micro emulating a keyboard as my shifter knob and I would like to be able to launch the rear camera with an emulated key press. I've attached other buttons to the other stock key bindings, but I want to add my own.

Yes, it is possible. You can create script for key strokes emulation. Keys handled by OAP are visible in the User Guide.
For rear camera you have to emulate GPIO state.
