Using 2 bluetooths - Felow427 - 05-22-2020

Hi

Is using bluetooth USB dongle for phone <> Rpi (AA features) and using the internal Broadcom for being connected to the already present audio car system working ?

I'm looking for a way to make it work without be too much complex for my dad T4 ;-)

You can't. First, because the internal bluetooth is disabled in the Raspbian image of the OAP and second, I don't think it is possible to select the bluetooth device you want to use if there is more than one installed. In other words, the RPi will always give priority to the external bluetooth device.

Ok thanks for your answer.

Does it mean that you have to use an audio cable and the auxiliar input to transmit the sound from OAP to the audio car system?

Can we have benefit of the wireless connection provided by OAP (wifi between Andoid Auto and OAP) and use the bluetooth for sound to the audio car system?

Yes you can. Vicente77 has done an extraordinary job in this regard.
He even made a guide on how to achieve this.

I hope it helps you: https://bluewavestudio.io/community/showthread.php?tid=1589&pid=9857#pid9857
