Audio playing not smooth - htcmemberus - 03-14-2020

My scenario:
- Head unit server running w/ hotspot funtioned form my Samsung Note 10+
- OpenAuto Pro connected on my RP3 B+
- Usb soundcard working and connect sound port to Head unit aux-in
- Sony stereo mic w/ TSR jack plugged in mic port on soundcard (TSR supported)
And my symptom:
- playing music from spotify on OpenAuto Pro
--> Music sounds not smoothly and interrupted many times, really annoyed. Pls advise on my case

Hello,
What WiFi mode do you use (2.4GHz or 5GHz)? We recommend switching to the 5GHz due to less latency. Mentioned issues may occur in 2.4GHz. Please retest in 5GHz and share your feedback.

We suggest to contact Samsung support. In case of other manufacturers this option is available in hotspot settings.

I had this issue on an earlier version of OAP. I found it was related to the bluetooth discovery function on the rpi. When I disabled the discovery function on the rpi, the music ran flawlessly. Might be worth a try.
