Camera Dark/Blue in OAP - madtripper - 12-30-2019

I recently installed V5.0 to my pi 3B+.  I am bench testing everything as I have many parts going into my project.  As it stands, I have the official pi touch display @ 7", Miuzei camera module (I have HDMI extenders as well but I get the same result both direct connecting and using the extension).

I don't have any pictures currently but what I am seeing is that when I view the camera using the app tile in OAP, the image is very dark with blue highlights.  If I back out to the raspbian desktop and use the test app from main menu, the image is as it should be.  I ran the following in hopes that someone will see something I may be missing.  This is stock image received from BlueWave (within the last week) with no changes up to this point.

pi@raspberrypi:~/.openauto $ sudo v4l2-ctl --all

I'm having the same issue with OAP 4.0 not sure what the deal is

RE: Camera Dark/Blue in OAP - madtripper - 12-31-2019

Here are some photos of the difference between the V4L2 capture and the view through OAP.

I have the same problem plus the stream looks like it has just few frames per second.

RE: Camera Dark/Blue in OAP - BlueWave - 01-03-2020

Did you check that default V4L2 Linux settings are the same as used in program from the screenshot?

Ditto....I'm not sure I follow your question @BlueWave

Seems that issue is reproducible for few users. We are going to have a look at this...

Any update? I'd be happy to provide info if you need. I have flashed a few times and updated but I'm still having the same issue.

Thanks

Tripper

We narrowed the issue, and seems to be related to RPI3. Currently we are working on solution.
